Neno Munitić (HRV)
Neno Munitić is a Croatian guitarist, composer, pedagogue, and artistic collaborator known for his refined musical interpretation, distinctive compositional voice, and extensive teaching experience. As a long standing guitar professor, he has mentored numerous young musicians who have achieved notable success at national and international competitions. He frequently gives masterclasses and educational workshops across Croatia and abroad.
As a composer, he develops a recognizable style rooted in contemporary guitar idioms, melodic clarity, and expressive atmosphere. His works for solo guitar and chamber ensembles are performed worldwide, from Europe and North America to Asia, and are increasingly present in the repertoire of both emerging and established guitarists.
He performs as a soloist and chamber musician at festivals and concert series throughout the region, presenting a repertoire that spans classical, romantic, and contemporary works. His artistic interests include the promotion of modern guitar literature and the continuous development of young performers through structured pedagogical and mentoring work.
He has served on the juries of several international guitar competitions, where he is recognized for his professionalism, pedagogical insight, and deep understanding of artistic growth in young musicians.
At the Sarajevo International Guitar Festival, he serves as a jury member and masterclass instructor.
